THE REPORT Our report is intended to inform enlighten and advise our client. If you are buying or selling our report will be acceptable to your mortgage lender. In many properties we inspect no remedial work is required or desirable. If specalist treatments are necessary we will supply a full specification for the works which can be tendered to a specalist contractor or builder for quotation purposes only. No further survey is necessary!
